London Fashion Week New Talent

Exhibition of best new fashion talent at Somerset house is organised by The International Fashion Showcase (IFS). It  presents work from the best up-and-coming designers from around the world.

Fashion industry is hugely competitive, so it is unsurprising to see the high level of talent at the exhibition. Diversity and strong storytelling come across throughout the collections.

It is nice to see how designers have used the space including relevant and also sensorial (light & sound) elements to express their individuality.

The collections are quite textile and textures oriented showing deep levels of material knowledge and craft skills.

Exhibition presents well how much more fashion can be than just clothes i.e. expression of individuality and future direction.
